Freezing --> Deserter Debuff - really?

Still nothing on this? It's happening to tons of people. Random freezes in BGs, typically at the start possibly related to the Cog bug, that result in either a game or whole PC freeze and a 15 min debuff when you get back in. Add in the honor bugs (no bonus if you join a BG in session, WG honor vanishing) and the longer queues from individuals getting queued as groups and the BG experience is really bad since the patch.

We have confirmed we are aware of this issue on many occasions, including a thread that is located in the appropriate bug forums here: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=27188062773&sid=1

Unfortunately, we do not have an update as to when it will be fixed.
